A U.S. Naval Academy graduate with a bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering and an MBA from William & Mary, he combines engineering rigor with business acumen.

When he encountered virtual and mixed reality, Rafael immediately saw their potential beyond entertainment, specifically for operational and tactical training. His professional experience includes engineering software sales for defense programs within major OEMs and the Department of Defense.

As Co-Founder and CBO of Sentari VR Systems, Rafael drives innovation at the intersection of technology and real-world operations, leading the company's business strategy and partnerships.
